Axis IC IS42/IS52-30 Headset
The WOOdman Axis IC IS42/IS52-30 is an integrated headset designed for IS42 upper and IS52/30 lower headtubes, allowing the use of a 1-1/8" straight steerer fork with a reducer crown race. Available with 7mm or 20mm dust covers, it delivers smooth steering, clean aesthetics, and reliable performance for both road and MTB builds.
MATERIALS: CNC-machined 6061 T6 Aluminum and durable sealed bearings.

Dust Cover
Most Axis headsets also offer an optional 20mm dust cover.

SP Hight Adjustment Plate
We include three aluminum SP plates that allow you to adjust the gap between the frame and the headset for a perfect fit and optimal sealing performance.
Position Specific Bearings
For the bike headset, the key and important element is the bearings! WOOdman bearings are sealed, with a retainer design for the top bearing and a full-ball and full-grease design for the bottom bearing. This meticulous design not only extends the lifespan of our bearings but also enhances their durability, enabling them to withstand even the most extreme riding conditions. As a result, they are the ideal choice for upgrading the headset bearing on road bikes or MTBs.
