At WOOdman Components, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand the process:


Cancellection:

You can cancel your order before we ship the products. To cancel, please send an email to info@woodmancomponents.com

Once the order has been shipped, the order is not able to be cancelled.


Eligibility: 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Customized or discount items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@woodmancomponents.com within 14 days of package arrival.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • All products have to be returned to our global warehouse based in Taichung, Taiwan.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For FedEx returns, we can provide an estimated shipping cost based on your location, along with a FedEx return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item back to our Taiwan warehouse using your local postal service or courier.
  • Once we have received your package and we verified the contents meet the conditions above, we will contact you and offer you the option of either a refund or an exchange.
  • If you go for a refund, we will need 5-7 working days to process your refund after we received the returned products.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@woodmancomponents.com, providing details and any relevant photographs.


Return Shipping:

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipping process.


Please note that this policy applies to purchases made directly through our website. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return and exchange policy.
