Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-Order Processing Time: Pre-ordered items require additional processing time, approximately 7-25 business days. For exact delivery information, you can contact us via email at info@woodmancomponents.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: All orders are shipped from the international warehouse located in Taichung, Taiwan. The shipping cost and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Order Issues and Lost Packages: In the event of any issues with your order, such as damaged items or lost packages, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work diligently to resolve the problem and assist you in finding a satisfactory solution. However, please note that we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping: We offers international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs inspections, duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country may apply. Compliance with customs regulations is the customer's responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our Return policy.
Modifications to the Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
