These Terms and Services are divided into “SECTION A” and “SECTION B”. “SECTION A” terms apply specifically to those making purchases on this Website, and “SECTION B” terms apply to all users of this Website (BOTH USERS THAT MAKE PURCHASES AND USERS WHO DO NOT).

These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION A:

In order to protect your interests, you should read these conditions carefully before placing an order with us.

1. Placing an order

1.1 These Conditions shall apply when you place an order. The order is only confirmed when you receive an Order Acknowledgement from us by email. 

1.2 We shall not be responsible for any promises or claims concerning the products which are not made by us, our employees or agents. 

1.3 All orders are subject to availability and if the Products you ordered are unavailable we’ll contact you and cancel your order and anything you have already paid to us for the products will be refunded to you. 

If we’re unable to contact you within 7 Working Days the order will be treated as cancelled and anything you have already paid will be refunded to you. 

2. Price

2.1 The Price to be paid by you is the one displayed on the site when your order is received by us.

2.2 In the event that we find a genuine error in the Price, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct Price) or cancelling your order. 

2.3 All Prices include VAT (where applicable).

2.4 The Price does not include shipping costs, which will be additional.  Shipping charges will be clearly shown at the time you place your order.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for Products is due when you place your order. Payment can be made using the following credit or debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover via PayPal.

3.2 Unless due to our fault, we’ll cancel your order (by writing to you) if payment for the Products has not been received in full within 7 Working Days of placing your order. 

3.3 Payments for Products shall only be accepted in USD $.Unless otherwise agreed in writing any payment received from you in any other currency will not be considered to be payment for the Products in question.

4. Packaging

4.1 The packaging of the Products is entirely at our discretion.

5. Delivery

5.1 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.2 The estimated shipping delivery is approximately 3-10 days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that the shipping time may vary depending on the country and region you reside in. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible, however, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays or issues during the shipping process.

Our shipping policy states that all orders will be shipped from our factory and warehouse located in Taichung, Taiwan, also known as the "Bicycle Town". The shipper's name on the invoice will be TEN ON TEN Co., Ltd, which is the registered name of WOOdman factory.

5.3 Unless we agree to a longer time period in writing you must advise us of any damage to the Products which is apparent on delivery or any shortage of the Products in writing within 7 Working Days following delivery.

5.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that the total number of packages received is the same as the number of packages delivered.

5.5 All WOOdman products are shipped from its own factory located in the “bicycle town” - Taichung, Taiwan.

5.6 Due to courier terms, we are temporarily unable to deliver to Russia.

6. Risk and Ownership of Products

6.1 Risk of damage to or loss of the Products passes to you at the time of delivery.

6.2 Ownership of the Products shall pass to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation

7.1 Before your order has been sent out and fulfillment tracking code is issued, you can cancel your order anytime.

8. Complaints, Warranties and Returns

8.1 We’ll reimburse you the reasonable cost of packaging and carriage of Products returned by you if the Products are found to be damaged or defective; but you’ll be liable to pay us for any reasonable costs incurred by us collecting Products found not to be defective.

8.2 If you have a valid warranty claim, we’re entitled to replace the defective products (or part in question) at our cost or refund you the Price (or a proportionate part of the Price) of the relevant part of the Products found not to conform to warranty.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 We can’t control everything the world throws at us and as such, we’re not liable to you in any way if there’s a delay or failure to perform our obligations because of a cause beyond our reasonable control. 

This can include (but isn’t limited to) strike, lock-out or other form of industrial action, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of supplier or subcontractors or inability to obtain materials.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Service is governed by Taiwan laws and any court proceedings in relation to the condition are to be brought in Taiwan Courts.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
