The Good:
- All cap screws are of high quality.
- All cap screws included well sized washers.
- All cap screws were installed with lube.
- The weld looks good.
- The fork and handlebar clamp diameters were correct.
- The length and angle were on the stem.
The Bad:
- Burrs were left on the inside diameters of the through hole; on the handlebar and fork ends.
- Sharp burrs were rolled over edges left on the top and bottom of the detail that clamps around the fork.
- The four images of Woodman components logo is too much. It's busy and overdone. Once is enough.
- The apparent P/N on the stem does not match the P/N on the package. The characters are the same but in different order.
- The were no recommended torque values for tightening the cap screws.
I have photos of these quality issues that will be glad to share if you request. My Cannondale is made in the USA. I refused to install your product as I received it. I removed the burrs and sharp edges before I installed it.
At Woodman's online shop I managed to buy a rare component for a 20 year old Cannondale at a great price with lightning fast shipment to Europe. Not to mention the product quality is top-notch. Thank you!
