The wall thickness of the seat seatpost seems quite high but makes sense for a diameter of 27 mm. The head has nothing too much. The contact area with the saddle rails could be a bit larger. Check the torque carefully here even if it is not specified.
Easy to install and the quality seems top notch. The carbon post coupled with my car on rail saddle definitely makes for a more comfortable ride. The instructions are minimal and need improved: how much torque to apply to the seatpost clamp? I had to get an answer via email, but that is basic and essential information that should be included from the start
Like a work of art!
I needed a longer seatpost for a S4 Stumpjumper I bought. This worked great. Gave me the 20mm I needed over a 400mm post. Light, fit very well and the micro adjustment on it gave me the right seat positioning. Looks good too!
I bought the 450mm one and inserted the minimum required length, it gets the job done. I use it on the Vello Rocky Titanium folding bike. If there is an option to select, or customize a longer length, that will be even better.
